Policy 



1.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Before Driver Assignment: Free cancellation with a full refund.
  • After Driver Assignment but Before Pickup: A cancellation fee may apply based on distance and time.
  • After Driver Arrival at Pickup Location: Full ride fare will be charged, and no refund will be issued.


1.2 Driver Cancellations

  • If a driver cancels a ride due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:
    • Reassign another driver at no extra cost.
    • Offer a full refund if a new ride cannot be arranged.
2. Refund Policy2.1 Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are applicable for cancellations before the ride starts (subject to the cancellation terms above).
  • Refunds are not applicable for completed rides or no-show cases.
  • If a ride is canceled due to driver unavailability, a full refund will be provided.
2.2 Refund Processing Time
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email/SMS once the refund is initiated.
3. No-Show Policy
  • If a customer does not show up within [10-15] minutes of the driver’s arrival, the ride will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
4. Dispute Resolution
  • If you believe you were charged unfairly, you can contact our customer support within 24 hours of the ride for review.
